Children's Mental Health Week 2024

Each year, we take part in Children’s Mental Health Week to shine a spotlight on the importance of children and young people’s mental health and raise awareness. This year, it runs from 5th-9th February 2024.

The theme this year is ‘My Voice Matters’ and we planned a range of activities to help them learn about their voice and the difference they can make by speaking out about the things that are important to them. When children feel heard, and they are making a difference, this can help children’s self-esteem. When adults help children express themselves, this can help their health and wellbeing.
